Health is Wealth

We are hearing the quote since childhood that health is wealth.And there is no doubt about this.A person's health should be one of his top priorities.As we can see in today's world that human health is one of the major concern.People are highly worried about their health.According to a survey,7 out of 10 people are affected by some kind of diseases.This diseases can be normal or chronic.



Many harmful and chronic diseases like cancer are killing thousands of people daily.The cost of cancer treatment is also very high.People get victim of cancer directly or indirectly.The main causes of this dangerous diseases are chemically maintained food products,tobacco,smoking,drinking and pollution.




The perfect example of decreasing health quality of human beings on the globe is decreasing life span of humans.We all are familiar with the fact of mixing of synthetic products in the food items like the milk packet we are getting from the market is of synthetic milk.Also,the food and vegetables are deepen in chemicals for fast ripening process so that the the fruits and vegetables become fresh and ready for sale and don't decay early.


So,by knowing and analyzing all this information in detail we should understand the point for staying healthy we should have to say no to artificial and synthetic products and should have to shift to organic and sustainable items.We should also adopt the habit of early to bed and early to rise.For staying fit,we should have to work out on a regular basis,this workout includes running,swimming,cycling or playing any outdoor sport.So, be health conscious and follow this steps because you know that health is wealth.
